We are based in Perth and Kirkcaldy. Address: Unit 2, 403–405 High Street, Perth, PH1 1PL.
We cover all of Scotland including Edinburgh, Glasgow, Dundee, Perth, Fife, Stirling, Aberdeen and Inverness.

What services do you offer?
Fire damper testing and inspection, dry riser inspections and 12 bar wet tests to BS 9990:2015,
fire extinguisher servicing and commissioning to BS 5306, kitchen fire suppression installation and 6 monthly servicing,
private fire hydrant pressure and flow testing to BS 9990:2015, and fire risk assessments aligned with Scottish legislation.
Are you qualified and insured?
Yes. Our engineers are IFEDA qualified and experienced across all listed services.
We work to BS 9990:2015 and BS 5306 where applicable. We hold full insurance.
Can you work out of hours?
Yes. We schedule work around your business hours. Evening, night and weekend visits are available on request.
We respond to messages from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm, Monday to Sunday.
What documents do I receive after a visit?
You receive photo rich reports, asset registers with IDs and locations, pressure and flow logs where relevant,
service labels and certificates, and a prioritised remedial list suitable for audits and building control.
How often should fire dampers be tested?
Fire dampers should be inspected and tested at least annually, or more frequently if the manufacturer specifies.
We provide visual inspection, drop test and reset, condition notes and photographic evidence.
What is involved in dry riser testing?
Six monthly visual inspections and an annual 12 bar wet test to BS 9990:2015 with calibrated gauges.
We check inlets, landing valves, hose and caps, signage, cabinet condition and record pressure and flow readings.
Do you supply and commission new fire extinguishers?
Yes. We supply water, foam, CO₂, powder and wet chemical units with correct ratings and quantities for your risk profile.
We commission new units, update asset lists and provide handover documentation.
How often should kitchen suppression be serviced?
Most commercial kitchen systems require servicing every 6 months in line with manufacturer guidance.
We verify hazard coverage, replace links as required, test pull stations and check gas or electric interlocks.
Do you test private fire hydrants?
Yes. We complete annual pressure and flow testing to BS 9990:2015 using calibrated equipment,
with photographic evidence, certificates and a list of any required remedials.
What is included in a Fire Risk Assessment?
A site survey, identification of people at risk, review of hazards, assessment of detection and warning,
emergency lighting, compartmentation, escape routes, signage, firefighting equipment, procedures and training.
You receive a plain English report with photos, risk ratings and a prioritised action plan.
Can you carry out remedial works?
Yes. We can complete minor remedials such as access panels, labels, signage, extinguisher replacements,
hydrant caps and chains, spindle and outlet thread repairs. Larger works can be scoped on request.
